	All leases are month to month. All rents are due on the 1st of the month. A 10-day notice is required in advance of move-out. Your rent will be prorated. All move-outs are prorated to the day of move out with advance notice. We do not refund rent. If you fail to give the 10-day notice prior to payment, you forfeit the remainder of the month's rent in which you vacate.
